Company Secretary Trainee
Roles & Responsibilities • Assisting in ROC filings and company law compliances (MGT-7, AOC-4, etc.) • Handling company incorporation, LLP formation, and regulatory registrations • Preparation of Board Meeting / General Meeting notices, agendas, and minutes • Drafting of resolutions, agreements, and legal documents • Maintaining statutory registers and records • Assisting in Secretarial Audit, Due Diligence, and Compliance Reports • Support in FEMA, RBI filings (FC-GPR, FLA, etc.) and FDI compliance • Quarterly, half yearly & Yearly compliance with stock exchange • Coordinating with clients, auditors, and regulatory authorities • Basic legal research and documentation work Requirements • CS Student (Executive passed / pursuing Professional) • Basic understanding of Companies Act, 2013 and corporate compliance • Good drafting and communication skills • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn • Proficiency in MS Word & Excel • Ability to work in a professional and deadline-driven environment
